WWE Friday Night Smackdown Preview: The “Season Premiere”

Published

on

It’s  Friday and you know what that means. It is time for  WWE Smackdown Live. Now that the make has cleared from the WWE draft. It is now time to get down to business with the season premiere of Smackdown Live.   Tonight brings a few draft hangovers with the farewell of The New Day as Woods and Kofi go to Raw leaving Big E on Smackdown Live.

Will we see some kind of twist before the farewell?  I do think Big E was acting kind of strange, but it could just be me. However, I wouldn’t be surprised to see some sort of heel turn. You never know it could be Woods and Kofi.

The other interesting match booked for tonight is Roman Reigns vs Braun Strowman for the title. I think we all know what the outcome of this match will be. Both Roman and Bruan has been on a destruction path as of late. The two face to face in the middle of the squared circle will surely have a chaotic outcome. The outcome of this will either be Roman with a clear win or an interference.

The season premiere is shaping up to be a good show. Here is the breakdown of all the matches planned.

-Roman Reigns vs. Braun Strowman for the WWE Universal Championship

-Daniel Bryan returns

-Lars Sullivan vs. Jeff Hardy

-“New Day” Big E, Kofi Kingston, and Xavier Woods vs. Sheamus, Cesaro, and Shinsuke Nakamura

-“The Street Profits” Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins vs. Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode for the Smackdown Tag Titles.
